What is the Refund Policy?

If, for any reason, you have a-change-of-heart situation,Hapilin® accepts product-return within 14 days of initial purchase date on the receipt, and we will refund the whole purchase money amount, only if the packaging is unopened and the packaging seal is intact. It can extend to 30 days in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How to make a replacement?
  1. Send a picture or a video of the product by the problem and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives to make a request to issue a bill of lading within 48 hours.
  2. After receiving the bill of lading number from the customer service department, head to the nearest Aramex branch and hand in the product.
  3. The product is inspected by the Warranty and Maintenance department to decide the condition of the product whether it is a case of replacement or repair.
  4. After inspection, one of our customer service representative contacts the customer to determine the appropriate procedure.
Note: The inspection is undergone by the Warranty and Maintenance department within 14 days from the purchase date on the receipt.
